Alberto was recommended by a friend. He did an awesome job repairing my son’s car. He was very kind and honest and went above and beyond to make sure the car was repaired well. He even fixed extra things without charging us! The car was returned cleaned and waxed and looking better than ever. Will absolutely use him again.

The real identity of this shop is in the word "restoration." My 1999 GMC Yukon, a car I love, was in good mechanical shape but it's 27 years had left it with some bad rust in areas that were hard to work on. All four doors had rust at the roof line and drip edge above the doors and every shop I took it to either didn't want to do the work and would say so, or they would price it so high they knew it wouldn't be accepted. I did a web search for body shops that did restoration work instead of just collision repairs and found Classic Auto Restoration. I just picked up the Yukon today and I am beyond pleased with the work. Throughout the process I was sent photos of the progress and asked about other items that were showing up. But the photos didn't do justice to the finished product. It looks like a new car. They even waxed and polished it, clear coated some worn trim areas and replaced a tailgate window seal that had been leaking. The price was more than fair. If you have a car that is special to you, something that needs special attention, I would take it to them without hesitation. You will be fairly treated and very happy with the result.

Alberto and his team are magical! Very detailed & extremely high quality of work followed by excellent communication. If you're looking for excellent auto restoration, LOOK NO FURTHER! You won't find any shop in town that even comes close to the price followed by perfection! I brought in my 1993 for Taurus that was rear ended and Alberto did his Magic 🪄! I will be back very soon to have some additional work done as well. Thank you Mr. Zaragoza

It's evident Alberto puts so much into his work on your car. He wants you to leave as a very happy customer. That's easy to do when you see the quality of his work, and how much he puts into your vehicle. Our car sustained significant damage from being rear-ended. We chose to go with a locally owned, longtime Santa Barbara professional repair shop instead of one of the big auto repair shops. We received very high quality work, complete with the meticulous details that come from someone who takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction. He even detailed our car's interior at no extra cost. I will be sending anyone with restoration work or other vehicle repairs to Alberto. Thanks for doing such a great job on our vehicle.

I was referred to Classic Auto Restoration by a close friend. I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Beto, and his son. As a woman, I had some fear around getting my car worked on. However, Beto gave me a great price and provided excellent quality work. I highly recommend his services.
